TaeguTec has extended the corner radius range of its double sided helical insert with four cutting edges Previously available with a 0.8mm corner radius, the new additions include 0.4mm and R1.6mm radius options
These additions provide versatile 90 degree milling applications.
Both inserts can be mounted on existing face mills and end mills without any modification to the tools.
The ChasePlus Mill is available as an end mill with diameter ranges from 32 to 50mm diameter whilst the face mill is available in diameters from 50 to 200mm.
